Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility ensures you always receive a high-quality shirt and consistent fit.
- What are the three shirting labels and why are they different?
We offer custom shirts under three labels: Blue ($79), Brown ($99) and Black ($149). The fabric quality and thread count is the key difference between the three labels:

- How long does it take to receive my order?
Your shirt will arrive in approximately 5 weeks from the time your order is confirmed. In the event we require additional information to complete your order, one of our client service representatives will contact you.
J. Hilburn ships via Fedex within the United States. We currently cannot ship to international destinations.

- How should I care for my J. Hilburn custom shirts?
With proper care, your J. Hilburn custom shirts will last a long time. For best results with a commercial cleaner, your shirts should be washed in cold water and pressed without starch. If cleaning your shirts at home, machine wash cold using a delicate cycle, and let your shirts hang dry. You may iron them when they are still slightly damp.
