Free shipping is available on all orders of $200 or more, and applies only to Standard Ground shipping within the continental United States.  Free shipping is only available on merchandise purchases.  Gift certificates, gift cards, taxes, and additional shipping and handling do not qualify.  The total purchase amount after discounts must be $200 or more to qualify.  Previous purchases are not eligible for adjustments.  If you select Standard Ground shipping to multiple addresses, you will receive free shipping to all destinations if at least $200 in merchandise is being shipped to each address.
Flat Rate shipping of $7.50 is available on orders less than $200, and applies only to Standard Ground shipping within the continental United States.  If you select Standard Ground shipping to multiple addresses, you will be charged $7.50 to ship to each address if the purchase amount is less than $200.  Delivery with Standard Ground shipping takes approximately 5-7 business days for ready-to-wear items and 4 weeks for custom items (for custom belts expect 8 weeks).
We do not ship internationally at this time.

We guarantee the fit of our custom shirts and will make any necessary alterations at no cost to you. Please contact your Style Advisor for any alterations to your custom shirts.
J. Hilburn guarantees its merchandise and your satisfaction. Unwashed, unworn, unaltered, or defective merchandise may be exchanged or returned within 60 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the original method of payment. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an email notification when the return processing is complete.
